Dionne Malush has spent nearly 40 years making people look, and 22 years making people move. Now she helps Realtors and entrepreneurs build.
She launched her own graphic design agency at 21 and ran it for nearly two decades before a partnership took it down in 2004. That loss sent her into real estate, where she personally sold more than 1,000 homes and then co-founded Realty ONE Group Gold Standard, now 185 agents and more than $2.8 billion in sales in eight years. She is the Owner, and she still thinks like a designer.
The road was not smooth. A ruptured Achilles. A business on the brink. The loss of her father. Her husband's liver transplant, and the months of caring for him that came with it. She did not turn those into a lesson. She turned them into a decision: she gets back up, no matter what.
Today Dionne calls herself a Creative AI Strategist.
